I started making a reservation on the New Albany reservation page, but somehow was directed / reservation was made here instead. When I entered New Albany, the server was aggressive, and it was made to feel that I was not welcome. I've read reviews at the NA BD and it seems that I'm not alone. I love the wings at BD, but the service is enough to make me not want to return.

Service was terrible. Food was okay- chicken was very overdone. We had kids with us and I felt like our waitress was annoyed. She hardly came to the table. When we checked in, the hostess was on her cell phone talking. Not a great experience for the price.

WOW - my girlfriend and I had an unbelievable time at the Hoppiest Place on Earth! From the food to the hospitality to the service - especially Taylor, Quinn, Tilly, and Nole - this has been an unforgettable weekend. Thank you.

The waitress was great she tried her best with the short staff apparently in the kitchen however the food order we asked for was wrong multiple times and not fresh for the 45 minute wait to receive our food after ordering with a reservation

We stayed at the The Doghouse Hotel it was a great experience. We enjoyed staying in a pet friendly room with our dog the room was neat and comfortable. The only thing that really frustrated me was that the brewery tours are closed until mid January for maintenance cleaning. There was no communication ahead of time to let people know that they will not be able to do to the tours. It was kind of a let down as we looked forward to doing that.

Brewdogs is always amazing when we go. They have a great selection of beers and ciders that rotate so you’re never bored. I’m partial to sours but they had a really good coffee flavored stout when we went tonight. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had some of the best seats near the actual brewery equipment. There’s usually live music and some kind of festival going on. Brew dogs is a different pleasant experience every time we go. Plus who can say no to beer and dogs? Our dog loves the park and meeting new friends when she gets to come and the craft shows are amazing!

Such a fun, kid-friendly and dog- friendly hotel. The check in was an ease and the lady working was delightful. Wonderful food with plenty of options for various tastes. We will definitely be making this a regular stay when we visit Columbus in the future! Love the weighted blankets on the beds, too. We all got a great night's rest.
